“The stars of Shangrila" 

A visual story through a creative night of art performance

An ode to the magical land of Shangrila (a wonderful place where only those who are pure at heart are able to reach). It is about a sacred place which gushes love, peace, tranquillity and wisdom.

Matahari Devi is showcasing her art (wearable creations of costumes and headpieces) evoking an ever fading opulence creating a harmonious synergy of visual art, dance, singing, live music, poetry and life drawing.

Your are invited to experience a feeling of an ethereal dream like state while being enchanted and bewitched by the stars of Shangrila who are mesmerising goddesses. Their alluring magic takes you to follow the path of dreams to find this utopian place which encloses the entire stellar energy of all the universe.

The performance will take place at The sketch Parlour Room Doors open: 6.45 PM
